Well, having finished the Red Faction and Splinter Cellfranchises, I decided to make it my newest diary series, because there’s only two games. I caved and bought a Metro Redux bundle in the Steam Winter Sale in 2016, and have been waiting for a reason to play them. Well, you can’t write about games without constantly being told about the great ones, and Metro is something that just kept coming up. I knew it took place in Russia after a nuclear winter, and in the underground train tunnels, but other than that I let it pass me by. I didn’t even know it was based on a book series by Dmitry Glukhovsky, because it looked far too much like a horror game than I liked.
